Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a customer-focused approach, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interactionEmbrace the imaginative, fun nature of the brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for allMaintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaningConvert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledgeQualificationsExperience in a similar retail or customer service roleAbility to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge and demonstrate enthusiasm for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approachA larger-than-life personality to confidently connect with customer needsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsImportant RequirementsPlease note: Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 – January 2026, including extended trade, weekends and public holidays.
