We are a well-established Japanese sushi takeaway shop that cooks and prepares sushi and meals with fresh produce to meet the nutritional needs of our customers. We are looking for an experienced sushi maker to join our team.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Production of quality sushi rolls and nigiri, using sushi machines
- Ensure a high standard of food presentation
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers.
- Ensure the overall appearance of the Kiosk is clean, organised and visually presentable.

Essential skills the successful applicant will have:

- Minimum 1.5 years experience in making quality sushi
- Attention to detail in a fast pace environment
- Able to work independently and within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Hourly Rate: $24 - $26 per hour + Super + annual leave

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
