Position Summary:

- Greet and seat guests, whilst explaining the outlet and exceeding their expectations, fueling their curiosity
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any assistance needed
- Assist with managing all food and beverage outlet bookings and enquiries whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, demonstrating the belief that all challenges require a unique solution
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
