We at CVGT Australia are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Carpenter based in Bendigo. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career.

The Role:
CVGT Australia are seeking someone to fill the role of a Full Time Apprentice Carpenter in Bendigo. In this role you will gain knowledge and experience within the Building & Construction industry whilst completing a national recognised qualification.

About You:
To be the successful applicant for this position you will need to be passionate about carpentry and take pride in your work, you will also need to be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork but also have the ability to work individually and show initiative, be prepared to work hard and go the extra mile.

Duties will include:

- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and moulding
- Manual labouring of timber
- Use of hand and power tools
- Carry out measurements and calculations

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current Drivers licence (preferred)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) or be willing to obtain prior to starting
- Completed a Certificate II/Pre-App in Carpentry (preferred)
