**Role Overview** As a Personal Support Worker, you'll assist clients with daily living activities. We offer flexible shifts, including weekends, active overnights, and sleepover shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as needed.
- Providing personal care such as grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, and bladder and bowel management.
- Performing basic wound care and assisting with self-medication.
- Supporting with domestic tasks like meal preparation, light household chores, and laundry.
- Facilitating community access, including driving clients to appointments and social events.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Smartphone device.
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain.
- Completion or willingness to complete the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
- Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times.
