About You

What You'll Be Doing
Providing exceptional customer service
Driving sales and achieving KPIs
Assisting with stock control and inventory
Promoting our store via social media
Contributing to visual merchandising
Carrying out general administration and housekeeping tasks
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service and sales experience
Confidence in working towards KPIs and sales targets
Sound knowledge of vitamins, health food, and basic sports supplements
Previous experience in a health food/supplement store is highly regarded
Qualifications in nutrition or fitness (desirable but not essential)
Basic computer skills – experience with Retail Express or similar POS is a plus
