We are seeking a highly passionate, fashion-forward and adaptable
**Store Manager **to work alongside the Cluster Manager. They will drive store performance and effectively lead the team to achieve company objectives, in line with financial and operational targets.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experienced in leading teams of up to 5-7 employees in a fast paced environment.
- A leader with the ability to assist in motivating and mentoring their team.
- Someone who is wanting to represent the French Connection Brand through our clothing and accessories.
- Working closely with the Visual Merchandising team
- Exposure to stock management.
- Ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets.
- Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
- High standards in providing superior customer service
