**About the Opportunity**
As the Associate Director Clinical Training within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will provide strategic and operational leadership in the development and delivery of statewide clinical training services that enable safe and effective use of digital health systems across NSW Health.
This role offers the opportunity to be responsible for driving clinical quality, patient safety, and workforce capability through the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital health training programs related to the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR).
In this role, you will:
- ** Lead**strategic design and delivery of statewide training programs supporting safe, effective use of the SDPR.
- ** Collaborate** with clinicians and stakeholders to co-design training aligned with clinical workflows, safety standards, and change management.
- ** Promote** a culture of safety and quality through innovative, blended learning approaches and continuous improvement.
- ** Advocate** for equitable, accessible, patient-centred training that supports clinician engagement and statewide consistency.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who:
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse, Medical Officer or Allied Health clinician with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership and digital education, with a strong ability to design and deliver innovative, evidence-based training programs.
- Proven skills in collaboration and stakeholder engagement, ensuring training is co-designed with clinicians and aligned with clinical workflows, safety standards, and patient-centred care.
