The Employer is a Restaurant, a great local eating place in Daylesford and serving their customers Breakfast and Lunch. It is a restaurant, a bakery and a coffeehouse all rolled into one and is seeking a talented Pastrycook to bring their creativity and expertise to the employers bustling kitchen.
**Requirements**:

- Proficient in a wide range of pastry techniques, including dough preparation, baking, and decoration.
- Knowledge of ingredient properties and the ability to experiment with flavors and textures.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing pastries.
- Ability to work in a fast
- Aced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess;
- Minimum 3- Years proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a commercial kitchen.
- Minimum Diploma in Baking

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Decorate and present pastries in an appealing manner, paying attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry offerings and seasonal specialties.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
