Casual Hourly Rate: $33.53 - $41.30 (incl. 25% casual loading)

At Busy Bees at Bellmere, we're searching for passionate and flexible Casual Educators who are ready to support our Hive with creativity, care and confidence. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy supporting children's development through play, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will:
- Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions- Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF- Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues- Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards it) - ACECQA approved- Working with Children Check (Employee) - QLD- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate- Experience working in early learning (preferred)- Confidence working across all age groups
