BDS Mechanical Repairs is currently seeking a Finance Assistant for our accounts department. The successful applicant will be required to initially work from Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast. This position requires 4 days per week at first then increasing to 5 days per week.

**Requirements of the job include**:

- Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge a necessity
- Must have experience with MYOB, knowledge of MYOB Advanced an advantage
- Payroll processing experience including understanding of superannuation and apprentice obligations
- Bank processing and reconciliation, data entering and other finance functions
- High attention to detail
- Be willing and able to follow instructions and procedures in place, and work to time constraints

BDS Mechanical Repairs is a privately owned, growing business that offers mechanical repairs on all light/heavy vehicles, earthmoving equipment, light/heavy trailers and auto electrical repairs both in house and onsite with 15 fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 140 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
