Role ResponsibilitiesAdminister construction and service contracts on-site in line with project and company standards.Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager in managing contractor performance, claims, and risks.Coordinate with site teams (construction, engineering, planning, HSE, quality) to ensure contractual deliverables.Manage variations, site instructions, EOTs, and claims for nominated packages.Maintain accurate contract records and systems; support cost forecasting and reporting.Represent the company in contractor meetings and liaise with legal/client representatives on contractual matters.Ensure HSE is integrated into all contract administration activities and oversee contract closeout.What You'll BringStrong commitment to HSE and ethical practices.Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., supply chain, law, quantity surveying); MCIPS/RIQS accreditation desirable.Extensive experience in contract administration within major EPCM/EPC projects, preferably in the resources sector.Solid knowledge of contract terms, negotiations, and claims management.Proficiency in project and procurement systems (e.g., Unifier, Aconex).
