**What's the role?**

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our Cellar Door sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about wine and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. You will play an integral role in enhancing our direct sales through our tasting room, wine club, and events. This is a casual position with 2-3 shifts per week, including required weekend availability.

**The role will include**:

- Hosting wine tastings and providing exceptional customer service.
- Engaging with and enrolling new Wine Club members.
- Processing direct customer orders and shipments.
- Responding to customer inquiries and managing group booking requests.
- Supporting the Cellar Door Manager with stocktakes and general maintenance.
- Assisting with event preparation and coordinating tasks before and during events.
- Have previous cellar door experience (or a passion for wine and a willingness to learn).
- Be outgoing and enjoy building genuine relationships with customers.
- Be dedicated to providing excellent service while identifying sales opportunities.
- Thrive in both fast-paced and more relaxed environments.
- Be skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an RSA and a valid driver's license.

**Award Rate**:

- Cellar Door Sales Stream, Grade 1-4, determined by experience.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.74 - $65.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 18 per week
