Job DescriptionThe role roll undertakes pre and post contract client facing duties for our Real Estate and Infrastructure projects typically both in T&T office and in a client offices.
We are looking for candidates with experience in MEP cost planning, measuring, quantifying, cost reporting, procurement, contract and commercial management.Commission management experiencePre-contract cost management experiencePost-contract cost management experienceTender analysis experienceMeasuring, Quantifying and Commercial Management experience Procurement and contract advisory experienceCommercial reporting experienceVariation assessment experienceTeam training and best practiceQualificationsRICS, AIQS with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering degreeAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
