MRAEL, in conjunction with Cleveland Medical are seeking an individual who thrives under pressure and is open minded to complete a full-time Business Traineeship.

**About this opportunity**:
This opportunity will see you interacting with clients within a doctors surgery via the phone scheduling appointments, greeting patients face-to-face, preparing documents, collecting and processing payments and completing general administrative tasks, you will also learn all aspects of the medical record keeping system.

You will complete your Certificate III in Business over a 12 month period through a combination of formal training and practical on-the-job training (within the workplace).

**What we are looking for**:
It is important that the successful applicant _must_ have empathy towards patients to ensure they feel comfortable.
- Well presented and displays a positive behavior
- Mature minded
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident
