Associate Director, Non-Financial Risk - Central, Data and Technology Join our global Non-Financial Risk division who provide advice, valued input and challenge across our Financial Management, People and Engagement Group the independent voice of risk, and aid staff in applying non-financial risk management best practices.At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities.

What role will you play?
Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityAs an Associate Director, you will partner closely with senior leaders across our Central, Data and Technology division, act as a trusted advisor, and influence stakeholders to achieve the right business outcomes impacted by key non- financial risks.
You will apply operational risk management best practice to a diverse range of activities, help embed proportionate risk management in an agile working environment and contribute to the embedment of CPS 230 across the Central, Data and Technology Function.In addition, you will ensure there is appropriate risk connectivity between major transformation programs and BAU activities, lead a small team of risk specialists in supporting the business and play an active role in promoting and shaping better risk practices.
