THE ROLE
As the Principal Technical Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering new housing projects.
Reporting to the Manager, Design and Pipeline Strategy, you'll lead work on pipeline development, business cases and statutory planning.
This is a fixed term position until 30 June 2028.

ACCOUNTABILITES
* Scope and manage due diligence assessments, develop reference schemes, assess feasibility.
* Provide design review and feedback, support projects and teams.
* Plan, prepare budgets, manage consultants, monitor progress, keep stakeholders informed.
* Build strong relationships and communicate clearly in fast-paced complex environments.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Translate complex stakeholder needs into practical development options.
* Apply urban design principles that set projects up for long-term success.
* Contribute experience from major housing or infrastructure projects associated with the Victorian Government will be well regarded.
* Hold a tertiary qualification in architecture, urban design, town planning or related field.
