Are you passionate about snow sports, fashion and alpine living and would thrive in a busy ski resort environment? Snowfox Boutique is seeking a dynamic and motivated sale assistant for weekend work during the snow season.

Snowfox is a busy premium alpine concept store offering a broad range of skiwear, accessories, fashion, gifts, souvenirs and homewares for locals and tourists. We are located right in the village square.

If you have a flair for fashion, an understanding of the technical aspects of snow sports clothing and accessories, exceptional customer service skills, and are available to work on weekends at Mt Buller we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert knowledge on our product range, including fabrics, styles, and sizing.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect winter outfits and accessories based on their preferences and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and in an organized manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
- Assist with general store upkeep and cleanliness.
- Have previous retail experience.
- Be a skier or snowboarder with knowledge of snowsports and alpine resort living.
- Have excellent customer service abilities with a focus on providing a personalised shopping experience.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a passion and flair for fashion.
- Be available to work on weekends throughout the whole snow season.
- Have an ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Have your own accommodation on or near Mt Buller
