Stratco is a leading manufacturer and retailer of Building and Home Improvement products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Production Team member to join our Somersby operation.

As a **Stratco** production team member you will be a part of our operations team and will be required to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacturing of Aluminium products and assembly
- Interpreting product drawings
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to **Stratco** safety and other policies and procedures
- Participation in tool box and team meetings
- Training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment

**Key skills and attributes**:

- A commitment to producing quality products
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret product drawings
- Previous experience operating roll form and sheet metal equipment is desirable
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
