Join our team as a Warehouse Customer Support Officer located in Canning Vale, WA.

This is a great opportunity for those who want to expand their skills in a warehouse environment as well as growing their customer base skills.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Maintain our relationship with customers whilst helping out on the floor.
- Calling customers and informing them of Out of Stocks and Substitutes.
- Control, record and communicate the progress of major account orders.
- Calling new account customers for an introduction to our company.
- Manage appointments, enquiries or complaints from customers or clients.
- Accurately and efficiently rectify any issues or disputes with customers.
- Complete administrative duties such as data entry, order processing and follow up calls.
- Some tele sales calls.
- Some order picking.
- Picking orders.

Please note this will be a casual role with full time hours - career progression.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
