Hours
Join our team in a casual setting with the following hours on offer. Candidates must be available to work 1-3 days per week when required - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:15am - 4:15pm and 9:15am - 5:15pm on Thursday. The first 4 weeks of the role will require full time availability Monday to Friday for training and onboarding.
Responsibilities
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to: support NAB's Ravenshoe, Atherton and Mareeba branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.

No banking experience required - Full training provided
