- I am looking for a committed _**Youth Worker **_to join my team and help make a positive difference in my life. Due to the severity of my complex needs, you must have a high level of resilience, be patient and understanding. Most of all, I need someone who can assist with my aggressive behaviours, emotional regulation and meeting my complex attachment needs._
- About me: I am independent and full of energy. I enjoy keeping busy and trying new things, however I am sometimes angry, frustrated, demanding and challenging. Sometimes I get angry and abscond, so I will need your help to keep me safe._
- Comprehensive on the job training is provided therefore you must be willing to learn how to provide the specific care that I need. In return, you will be a valued member of a fulfilling team within a supportive company. I look forward to having you on my Team_

This role will be situated in the Logan and Gold Coast regions supporting young clients with highly complex behaviours and/or care needs.

**Key requirements**:

- Passion and demonstrated experience in supporting people to live the lives they choose.
- Experience with complex and challenging behaviours is mandatory.
- Ability to perform a wide range of personal care services and assist with the implementation of care plan with limited supervision.
- Ability to exercise limited judgment and initiative within established policies and procedures in resolving complex behavioural and care situations.
- Good computer skills in order to use online systems.
- Capacity to meet physical requirements of the job.
- Current drivers license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current QLD Blue and Yellow Card
- Current First aid and CPR Certificates
- Completed NDIS Screening check
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher is required
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- LCS Check
- TCI qualification desirable
