Job description
- $32 - $33.50 per hour + super + penalties
- $20.32 travel allowance per day
- Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
- Consistent and ongoing work
- Meal allowance $16.37 included (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
- On-going roles

**Initial Service Technician - Hygiene** **REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE START**

Fast labour Hire have a role available for Initial Service Technician - Hygiene across Sydney. This is an **immediate start position** if you meet our criteria. You could be working on-site tomorrow

**SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED**
- The ability to work independently and respond promptly to requests
- Perform all duties to a high standard
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks and manage a high volume workload
- The ability to follow systems, processes and guidelines
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
- A strong technical understanding and strong understanding of OHS responsibilities and practices
- Driver Licence (minimum1 year driving history)
- Good written and Verbal communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to use mobile telephone and other remote technology

**PURPOSE**

To act as a professional representative whilst providing customer service excellence in the delivery of Initial Hygiene services, ensuring 100% state of service whilst delivery a quality of service that exceeds customer expectations

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete planned customer visits, perform all scheduled service requirements and obtain proof of service by way of signature on mobile device.
- Ensure that the quality of service is in accordance with the Initial Hygiene service protocols.
- Completed servicing is inclusive of and not limited to the following:

- Bio tabs/mats

SanitisersSteam cleansOther products and services as requested by your Manager
- Submit all paperwork at the end of each week as required
- Ensure that customers receive timely and prompt servicing.
- The company vehicle should be kept clean and maintained at all times. You will be required to clean the vehicle inside and out.
- Organise and appropriately store the required amount of stock required to complete customer visits/assigned runs
- Ensure that all service equipment and PPE is clean and well maintained
- Presentable appearance and ensure uniform is worn to meet company standard

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Driver Licence (minimum1 year driving history)
- Good written and Verbal communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to use mobile telephone and other remote technology
