Seeking a friendly and motivated **Customer Service Representative** to join a team at a busy trade centre in Auburn. Specialising in HVAC products, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and assistance with product inquiries, sales, and support.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Temp-Perm
- Day Shift Monday - Friday
- Growth opportunities

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting customers with enquiries and purchases
- Provide product information and advice
- Handle sales transactions and process payments
- Assist with stock management and replenishment
- Picking and packing goods for dispatch
- General warehousing duties as required

**SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role (wholesale / retail)
- A customer-first attitude
- Forklift license (highly desirable)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
