Join us as our Stock Receipting Officer and play a key role in accurate and timely processing of stock invoices into our point-of-sale systems in line with our policies and procedures.

**What can you expect from a day in this role?**

Reporting to the Stock Receipting Team Leader, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of stock invoices into our point-of-sale systems in line with our policies and procedures.

Responsibility includes, but not limited to:

- Stock receipting activities, including receiving and processing stock invoices and investigating and troubleshooting exceptions to ensure stock control is accurate and timely.
- Liaise with external suppliers, in line with established supplier contracts, to troubleshoot and ensure the timely and accurate processing of stock.
- Provide guidance, coaching and troubleshooting support to managers on stock receipting activities to ensure customers, suppliers and employees receive accurate and efficient query resolution.
- Identify, establish and manage relevant relationships with key stakeholders across Federal Hospitality and external organisations to ensure optimal time, cost and quality outcomes for the Group.
- Review contract pricing reports and identify variances, escalate issues for review.
- Assist Inventory Coordinator with review of stock take reports, identify issues and escalate as required.

**What will you bring to the role?**

You'll have experience in administrative customer service style roles and be excited to work with Tasmania's largest private employer. You'll bring experience and expertise in the following areas:

- Exceptional data entry skills with very high attention to detail
- Very strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work independent and in a team
- Demonstrated negotiation and relationship management skills resulting in positive stakeholder relations
