-Our Data and AI team in the Operations division within the Corporate Operations Group is dedicated to maximising the value of data within the organisation. You will play a critical role in transforming data into a valuable asset that drives business objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and mitigates risks. As a proactive individual with a blend of analytical, risk, and customer mindsets, you will enhance trust in data through effective governance and management practices. You will support the identification and definition of critical data elements, trace data lineage and ownership, assess data quality issues, and document outcomes in our enterprise data management tool. You will also coach stakeholders in data management roles, communicate the benefits of effective data management, and enhance documentation and processes to embed effective data management activities across Operations.- What you offer
- Ability to form and leverage excellent relationships with business stakeholders, communicate effectively, and partner with them to drive outcomes.
- Experience in managing data in financial services or a related field.
- Proficiency with data governance and management tools (e.g., Collibra).
- Experience using data analytics platforms such as Dataiku, data visualisation platforms such as PowerBI, and modelling skills.
- A proven track record of achieving measurable business outcomes through data governance/management activities.
- A strong learning and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfort with challenging the status quo and influencing stakeholders to drive the right outcomes.Familiarity with advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies could be beneficial.
