**About the Role**

The role is a permanent full-time position based in our Brisbane CBD headquarters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the development of ideas, requests and suggestions of product changes.
- Communicate with both the development team and stakeholders in order to implement solutions.
- Provide product support to internal users and external customers.
- Test software products to provide feedback from a technical point of view.
- Analyse, collate and report on test outcomes and contribute to the resolution of any issues.
- Develop written communication of technical information and product overviews.

**About You**
- Graduated from a university recognised by Australia with tertiary qualifications in:

- Engineering (Mining/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Software);
- Mathematics; or
- Similar disciplines.
- An interest in the mining industry.
- Exposure to developing software.
- Strong technical mindset with good solution and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player attitude with a collaborative approach.
- Strong command of the English language in both verbal and written form.
- Legally entitled to work in Australia.
