**The Role**

Reporting into the Group Marketing & Communications Manager, this newly created role will provide key support to the day to day operations of the Marketing department and manage multiple work streams.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Project manage marketing briefs and workflow
- Ensure all communications and marketing is on brand according to brand guidelines and style guide
- Assist in writing communication copy and proof reading for a wide range of marketing/advertising/internal collateral, which delivers key messages in accordance with brand strategy
- Assist with event planning and attend events as required
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to roll out marketing or communication campaigns
- Work collaboratively with external stakeholders such as print production and media owners to execute campaigns
- Ensure quality and accuracy of design, print and distribution of marketing materials
- Assist in collating any post analysis on marketing and advertising campaigns

**About you**:

- 2 - 4 years experience in the marketing industry
- Well organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- A high level of attention to detail commitment to quality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Energy or Oil and Gas industry would be highly regarded
