**Commercial Manager - Australia**

**T**he opportunity**

With the growing importance of Beca Australia to the wider Beca group and as we continue our growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a **Commercial Manager** based in our Sydney office.

This is a newly created position, that will lead commercial advice through the bidding and pre contract stage of our major projects crossing both commercial finance and contracts. Partnering with Bid Directors and senior business leaders you will ensure our projects are set up for commercial success and have demonstrated expertise in price and margin modelling, communicating market insights and smart commercial and pricing strategies.

You are a CA or CPA and have a solid commercial background, preferably in a consulting or project environment. Bringing a strong commercial lens, you'll add value through the strength and value of your strategic thinking, analytical insight ability to influence business decisions. You will be keen to work with others and build relationships quickly for effective and trusted partnering. You will be an advocate for innovation, keen to help embed new systems and processes while having a curiosity to explore opportunities for amplified value.
