**About the role**

As part of the plumbing team, you will be responsible for plumbing services and maintenance activities for Council owned parks, facilities, infrastructure, and projects. You will lead a team of contractors, providing high quality service, efficiency and compliance with regulations, safety standards and council guidelines.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide high quality plumbing services
- Supervise and leader contractors and trade staff
- Undertake and deliver programmed and reactive maintenance services
- Conduct risk assessments and job site inspections
- Update databases with project information

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Demonstrated experience and abilities in plumbing maintenance and scheduling work
- A drive to constantly improve your skills and participate in opportunities to learn
- The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
- Current C class driver's licence
- Plumbers and Drainers Occupational Licence (endorsements highly desirable)
- Belief in our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership
