**Fleet Controller**
- Location: Derrimut, VIC 3026_
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily freight movements efficiently
- Track and monitor drivers throughout the day
- Manage incoming calls and provide timely updates to clients and drivers
- Book jobs and accurately input data into our system
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams
- Manage driver compliance and ensure timely delivery schedules
- Proactively resolve delivery issues as they arise

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a Fleet Controller, transport company administrator or in a similar transport coordination role is essential
- knowledge of the transport and logistics industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient with computers

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
