**About the role**:

- Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.
- Evaluating existing data systems.
- Working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.
- Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models.
- Experience in building advanced data and analytics solutions including data integration, data migration, data profiling, metadata management, Data quality, Data security, Data Governance.
- Insurance background ideal
- Experience delivering data warehouses in Insurance industry (preferably General Insurance)
- Experience in developing Data Warehouse in MS Azure (e.g. exposure to ADF and meta data frameworks).
- Excellent interpersonal skills - facilitation/engagement/communication skills
- The ability to manage to strict project deliverables and timeframes
