We are ideally seeking a female physiotherapist with experience in Clinical Pilates due to the current patient caseload. We are looking for someone keen to lead the way as the demand for Clinical Pilates in our clinic continues to grow.

- You want to help fully rehabilitate your patients and assist them to stay functional and fit using your physio skills, Pilates equipment and Gym Equipment

**If you have experience with Clinical Pilates, and you display the qualities listed above then you may be the ideal physio we are looking for.**

This role can be for either a part-time or full-time salaried position with the potential to earn great bonuses. You would report directly to Matthew, the clinic owner, while also working closely with a team of experienced and motivated physiotherapists.

**What Does the Position Involve?**
- Managing a varied musculoskeletal case load using your Pilates skills, Gym and Pilates equipment, manual therapy and clinical reasoning
- Conducting small exercise classes and providing one-on-one reformer consultations
- The opportunity to work closely with other highly-skilled physiotherapists, allied health professionals and medical practitioners.
- 6-week Intensive Induction, Training and ongoing support. One on one and group support will be provided at multiple times throughout the week to ensure that personal/professional growth is fulfilled and optimal patient outcomes are achieved.
- Weekly in-house PD sessions
- Commitment to evidence-based practice is essential. Experience in manual therapy is beneficial, otherwise the ability and willingness to become trained in manual therapy techniques is required.
- Gym Based Physio Rehabilitation as a part of our patient's recovery (on-site and off-site).
- General interest/experience in sport and familiarity of gym-based rehabilitation.
- The potential for additional work with sporting teams is also available.
- Experience in fracture management is also advantageous but not essential for this role.
