Our client is seeking to engage a Customer Service Representative on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

- ** Experience with SAP or MYOB for at least 1-2 years**

**Position Overview**

Responsible for customer service support regarding the processing of sales orders, accurate sales quotes, and order configuration. Booking of service and rental orders. Ensures customer satisfaction through assisting sales personnel in determining proper product configuration and custom modifications to product, by liaising with source company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Participates in the processing of sales quotes and orders for product and price quote confirmation;
- Review inbound quotes and orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper configuration, where possible and forward to reps and dealers to do the same.
- Enters quotes and orders into system.
- Participates in identification and resolution of potential ordering problems; follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Maintains contact with sales representatives and Dealers as well as Vendors, regarding status of orders.
- Takes sales calls from dealers and end-users. Ensures that special buying programs are followed as intended Management and set up in the system.
- Assists customers with ordering products, tracking and location of product shipments.
- Involvement in the development and ongoing customer services associated with new business streams.
- To be familiar with the Quality manual and the specific requirements for this role.
- In addition to these key duties, other tasks may be required to be undertaken at any time.
- Excellent communication
- Experience with SAP or MYOB for at least 1-2 years
- 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Possess sufficient departmental knowledge
- Ability to effectively lead others Experience
