What you'll do
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Serve as the technical visionary for SAP ECC (6-8 years) and S/4HANA (1-2 years), providing strategic technical guidance.
Design, develop, and optimise SAP payroll, time management, and attendance solutions to align with business requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of payroll, time, and attendance modules with FICO (Finance), maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.
Architect and deliver complex technical solutions using ABAP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
Collaborate closely with functional teams, translating business needs into scalable and sustainable technical architectures.
Guide development teams through technical specifications, best practices, and compliance standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
To be successful in this role you should have
Over 10 years of SAP implementation experience, including deep involvement with ECC and S/4HANA.
Proven expertise in SAP Payroll, Time, and Attendance modules, with a strong understanding of their integration with FICO.
Hands-on experience in ABAP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP BTP development and integration.
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, data flows, and system integration principles.
Demonstrated career growth from functional consulting to technical architecture roles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to oversee complex technical projects.
Desirable
Experience working on international SAP implementations.
Certifications related to SAP modules or architecture.
Familiarity with emerging SAP technologies and cloud platforms.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
