The Perinatal and Infant Inpatient Unit, located at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, is excited to be recruiting to a Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Clinician (Social Worker) role within it's dynamic Integrated Mental Health Team.

**About the Role**

This position is a care co-ordination role that will respond to families in the perinatal period where the identified primary care giver is experiencing a severe mental health condition; attachment difficulties within the dyad; where the infant is at high risk for psychological and emotional instability; and/or infant development is compromised.
