**What's on offer?**:
This is a parental leave contract that is expected to span over 12 months.

As a Concierge you will be the face of ABN Group in our Retail Centre. You will provide an exceptional level of service to all visitors, upholding and continuously improving our Customer Experience.

You can expect to warmly connecting with visitors upon their entry to the Retail Centre, understanding the reason for their visit and connecting them seamlessly and efficiently to a team member.

The focus will be on total guest care, hospitality, communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet all clients and visitors
- Hospitality management and event assistance
- Partner with Interior Design teams to ensure a seamless handover
- Maintain presentation of the Showroom
- Conduct showroom 'micro-tours'
