We are looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support professional who is passionate about researching and developing skills in report writing, formulation, and strategy development.
We believe in providing effective, evidence-based services that are practical and tailored to the participant and their environments. Our goal is to help clients address behavioral challenges, achieve goals, and reach their potential. When restrictive practices are used, we aim to reduce or eliminate them through skill development, emotion regulation, and replacement behaviors. Our plans aim to enhance the capacity and confidence of support systems in delivering effective support.
In this role, you will be:
Reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Providing training, support, and guidance to staff
Participating in research to build the evidence base for our plans, with the possibility of publication in peer-reviewed journals
There is also an opportunity to supervise provisional psychologists (if registered in psychology) or provide PBS and other allied health services if interested.
These roles are flexible, full-time or part-time, with multiple positions available as we expand our team.

Learning and Development
Our dedicated Learning & Development Managers in the Positive Behaviour Support division have extensive clinical experience and qualifications. You will have access to one-on-one and group training, as well as ongoing advice on complex cases, in addition to support from managers and team leaders.
Requirements:
PhD/Doctorate (desirable)
Background in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or Behavioural Interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or other complex diagnoses
Experience with NDIS
Experience providing Positive Behaviour Support or similar services in disability, education, or justice sectors
Ability to write and edit high-quality reports
Own a car and hold a valid license
Willingness to obtain or hold necessary clearances (Police, Working with Children/Vulnerable People, NDIS Worker Screening) before starting
