**Stay-In Caretaker for Boutique Hotel in Sydney City**

**Location**: Ultimo, Sydney City near UTS and TAFE
**Position**: Stay-In Caretaker
**Night Shifts**:3-4 shifts weekly including weekends
**Contract Duration**: 6 months to 1 year
**Compensation**: Competitive nightly wage with accommodation available for $200 weekly (deducted from wages)

Join our charming boutique hotel in the heart of Sydney City, where exceptional guest service meets a vibrant, city-centered work environment. We are looking for a dedicated Stay-In Caretaker to provide crucial after-hours support and ensure our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

**What We Offer**:

- **Comfortable Accommodation**: Enjoy a private, fully furnished room for just $200 weekly, which will be conveniently deducted from your nightly wage.
- **Shared Facilities**: Access to shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, shared with one other night staff
- **Flexible Shifts**: Work 3-4 shifts per week after 10PM
- **Ideal for Students or Extra Income Seekers**: Perfect for students or individuals with full-time jobs looking for additional earnings.
- **Short-Term Role**: A commitment of 6 months to 1 year.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding guest service during night shifts.
- Address guest requests, concerns, or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the hotel remains secure and operational throughout the night.
- Handle minor maintenance and resolve small issues as they arise.
- Maintain a visible presence in common areas to assist guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Must be able to work independently during night shifts.
- Reliability and a friendly attitude are essential.
