**Store Manager Role**:
As our Store Manager, you'll be taking the wheel of this new venture. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you drive the team to victory. Your crew will look up to you for guidance, motivation, and a dose of good ol' camaraderie. From optimizing store operations to hitting those sales targets, you'll be steering the ship and navigating toward triumph, making it super all the way.

Assistant Store Manager Role:
Buckle up, Assistant Store Managers You're the co-pilot in this adventure. Supporting the Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping the engines running smoothly. Whether it's assisting with inventory, leading the team on the shop floor, or diving into customer service, you'll be right there, working side by side with the Store Manager to keep the store humming and make it super.

**Management Responsibilities**:

- Roll Up Your Sleeves Leader: Dive into the day to day operations of the retail store and set the pace as an active participant. Your hands-on approach will inspire your team, demonstrating what it takes to excel in every aspect.
