**About the Role**:
You will manage and service a portfolio of SME business clients which will include but is not limited to:

- Managing renewals and retention of an existing SME portfolio
- Negotiating and processing renewals, endorsements
- Providing the highest level of customer support to your clients and management
- Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers

**About You**:

- Over 3 years insurance experience (broking or underwriting)
- Experience across most general insurance product lines
- Tier 1 Qualification preferred but not essential
- Comfortable with various technology and insurance software
- Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment
