The Role
As a Marketing and Communications Advisor, you will be a passionate contributor to our Strategic Communications function on a 3-year fixed term basis. Reporting to the Manager, Brand, Creative and Marketing, you will be supporting the Communications and Stakeholder Relations team in delivering high quality marketing campaigns, functional advertising, promotional activities, and events.

**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Create and deliver end-to-end high-quality marketing campaigns and promotional activities for MRPV, from brief development to production, implementation, and campaign evaluation.
- Manage all advertising bookings, co-ordinate a diverse range of marketing activities and events, including shopping precinct activations.
- Establish strong working relationships with Media agencies and Suppliers.
- Work constructively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders in relation to marketing and events requirements.
- Marketing budget management including invoicing, reconciliation, and procurement activities.
- Oversee virtual and in-person events including industry facing and internal staff forums.
- Advise on strategy and content for paid social media channels to drive engagement and interpret analytics reports to develop best practices.

Our top talent are able to quickly digest and condense complex information and have an appetite for solutions-based thinking. A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing (or equivalent work experience) will be highly regarded and a bonus points for any prior Communications/Media exposure to the government or construction industry
About you
An energetic, and creative go-getter, with an ability to effectively communicate to a diverse range of audiences. Proven experience in delivering projects and managing multiple marketing campaigns in an organised and prioritised fashion. The successful applicant will have the confidence to work autonomously, as well have the desire to contribute and work as part of a high performing team.
