**Agency Support Worker/Carer**

MMT Health is an emerging healthcare recruitment solutions provider of nurses, midwives, aged care workers, allied health professionals and medical specialists to organisations in and around Sydney, NSW and ACT. Based in NSW, MMT Health offers collaborative and innovative recruitment solutions. MMT Health has new contracts being signed up with a number of healthcare facilities and has the potential of expansion across Australia.

MMT Health is currently seeking passionate Aged Care professionals (Support workers, Carer, Personal Care Assistants) for a variety of casual shifts all around Sydney, NSW and ACT areas.

**MMT Health is looking for Team players who meet the following requirements**:

- Cert II, III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or related area
- previous experience in aged-care and working with people with disabilities
- good understanding of person-centred care
- compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct
- willingness to work flexible working hours including shift-work, weekends and night awake shifts
- good written, interpersonal skills and computer skills
- current First Aid Certificate
- current Working with Children Check
- satisfactory criminal history record check

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Vaccination of health workers is a requirement for this role according to NSW Health orders

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Australian driver's licence (preferred)
- NDISWC (required)
- Australian National Police Check (required)
