This is a 4 month Fixed Term Contract as the Program Partnerships Manager.
In this role, you will be charged with delivering profitable policyholder growth via niche business programs within the International Visitors segments (such as PALM, Universities, APP and other IV programs). The focus is to deliver new business, grow the existing network and effectively manage and leverage a program portfolio of clients to deliver against profitable growth targets.
This role will actively pursue business development opportunities to grow new participants in the program portfolio and provide exceptional client relationship management services to deliver against defined MOU or contract terms. They will be immersed in the program segment to drive our partner proposition and brand as an industry specialist.
They will identify client and customer requirements and collaborate to support the continuous improvement of the defined program. In addition, they will be required to provide perspective, experience and knowledge, for the development of any ongoing and future tactics within the segment.
