If you are mechanically minded, have experience within the Automotive Industry, love delivering a first-class customer experience, have an excellent work ethic and want to receive a full qualification with on the job training and support, then this is the right career for you
This is on the job learning with a very supportive Team and ManagementComplete the Apprenticeship within 2-3 years and receive the full qualification from our Registered Training Organisation (RTO)You will be paid on competency and not on tenure: eg.
you could be paid Level 5 after 2 years but not receive your certificationWilling to stay employed after you have completed your ApprenticeshipWhat you'll be doing:Undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development ProgramThis program is designed to develop Auto Technician capabilities to the level required to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standardsLearn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)Undertake glass chip repairsDeliver an excellent experience to our customersDeliver the service in a professional and timely mannerWhat we are looking for:Automotive Industry experience highly regardedManual drivers licence (highly regarded)Mechanical aptitude - experience with hand tools (highly regarded)Employees who are looking for long-term career opportunitiesEmployees with a very strong work ethicMust be comfortable dealing with customers face to face and selling company productsHave a true passion for delivering customer service excellenceReliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the tradeA high level of self-awareness and desire for ongoing personal developmentDesire to succeed, with an energetic and enthusiastic approachDemonstrates a commitment to achieve results and is positive in times of pressureGood organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasksThe Perks:Long term career opportunitiesFlexible rostering with options for penalties and overtimeOngoing incentive programs and recognitionOngoing learning and development during and after your ApprenticeshipSupportive team members and managementTools and uniform providedMust have Full Australian Workrights and be able to undertake a full Pre-Employment Medical.
