We are seeking passionate retail associates to support our Vans & Timberland stores. You will assist the management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and contributing to the store's success.
Enjoy up to 40% off Accent Group brands including Hype, DC, Platypus, Dr Martens, Glue, and more
Work with premium products alongside dedicated sneaker enthusiasts
Opportunities for career progression with ongoing training and support
Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service with premium products
Working as part of a team to meet sales and KPI targets
Processing stock, picking, and packing click-and-collect orders
Assisting with store operations, housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
Maintaining a positive, proactive attitude to engage customers
To succeed, you should have:
Full availability from November to mid-January 2026, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Retail experience preferred but not essential
A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Self-motivation and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
