With a growing pipeline of projects in Newcastle, we are looking for a skilled **Leading Hand** to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of civil and infrastructure projects.

**About You**

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on **Leading Hand** with strong experience in civil construction. You take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy leading a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and providing leadership to site personnel.

**What You Need**
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete structures, earthworks, and general civil construction
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and high standards
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work in regional areas if required (DIDO)
- White Card and relevant industry certifications
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
