We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations.We're seeking a motivated and passionate Production Manager who can lead by example, build strong team camaraderie, and consistently deliver results.
This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met with efficiency, quality, and safety.
The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of beverage manufacturing, strong organisational skills, and a people-first leadership style that inspires high performance and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules to meet volume and quality targets.Lead and develop your team by coaching, training, and supporting multiskilling initiatives.
Manage attendance and assist with recruitment.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and production supplies in coordination with procurement.Maintain production equipment and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.Enforce safety protocols and cultivate a culture of safety and accountability on the production floor.Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, and downtime.Support our CFO on budget planning and cost control initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in beverage or food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality systems in beverage manufacturing.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite; Unleashed software experience is a plus but not essential.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A collaborative and energetic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to be part of an innovative team driving change in the beverage industry.How do your skills match this job?
