If you're energetic, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.You'll bring a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service—ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable shopping experience.Job Type: CasualPay: $33.31 – $46.64 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 30 per weekGenerous remuneration and staff discounts across all our brandsPlenty of time to enjoy skiing in the resortAccess to ski the new Rossignol rangeA highly supportive management teamResponsibilities Include:Deliver a standout customer experience through genuine, engaging, and personalised interactions.Assist customers with product selections, including sizing guidance and suitable options to meet their needs.Drive sales performance by actively working towards and achieving weekly sales targets.Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and back-of-house operations.Ensure every customer enjoys a memorable and high-quality shopping experience, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in retail, sales, or customer serviceA genuine passion for and understanding of our brands and what they representA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamConfidence in making independent decisions when needed, using sound judgmentPresentable and style-aware, with an eye for fashion trends and awareness of the competitive landscapeAdaptable and solutions-focused, able to respond positively and creatively to evolving business needsPlease note: accommodation and resort access is not provided with this role.About usPhoenix Leisure Group is a trusted leader in outdoor and adventure travel brands, proudly serving the Australian and New Zealand markets for over 40 years.
