The People Systems & Reporting Manager ensures HR Information System (HRIS) and Payroll system is functioning effectively and efficiently, manages HR transaction, data and reporting and continuous development as set out in the roadmap. This role oversees the management of end-to-end (E2E) HR transaction service delivery in the People & Culture division.

The People Systems & Reporting Manager plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of P&C technology initiatives, transition to operation and continuous benefits realisation of technology investment in their people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maximise the use and effectiveness of resources (people, systems, data, and processes) to deliver and manage the people technology investment and program of work
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise technology effectiveness, efficiency, and governance, including both overseeing and hands-on management of projects and initiatives
- Develop multi systems maintenance and optimisation plans, in consultation with key stakeholders
- Manage systems vendors and drives continuous improvement in utilisation and vendor support
- Act as a steward of HR online workflows and data quality and access, ensuring integrity of information and reporting across all people systems
- Manage a multidisciplinary team comprises functional and technical skills, ensuring continuous improvement of efficient and effective operational performance
- Coach and develop the team to ensure consistent ways of working aligned to their values and operating rhythm

**Essential**
- Degree qualified in Business, Technology, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading an in-house systems team and external consultants with quantifiable improvements to operational performance

**Desirable**

Technical knowledge and systems expertise in any/multiple of the following HR systems, UKG Ready HR modules (Kronos), Aurion Payroll, Docebo LMS.
